Service Procedures
If you have a problem with your Alarm System please follow these instructions.
If it is between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, please call the Office @ 901-454-4864 and speak to Service, explain the problem and we will schedule you for the next available time to have a Technician repair your System.
Advanced Systems Inc. provides 24-hour Technical Assistance.
If it is after hours, and you cannot disarm or arm your system please call 901-454-4864 ask for the On-Call Technician to call you back. You will be asked your name, your phone number and the problem you are having. A Technician will then call you and try to help you over the phone. If it is not possible to help you over the phone the Technician will come to your premises and fix the problem, although there will be an “after hour Charge” for service.

Local Alarm Service
Basic Service call: $99.95-includes 1 hour. $60.00 per hour after that plus parts & tax.
Monitored Alarm Service
Basic Service fee: $79.97-includes 1 hour. $60.00 per hour after that plus parts & tax.
Billable Service
If a customer has a service contract and they have construction, remodeling, or there is misuse of the system, there will be a charge. If the system is damaged due to storms (wind, lightning, water, etc.) there will be a charge.
No Charge Calls
If our equipment has failed in a way as to stop communication to the Central Station, there will be No-charge for service (slave dialer, radio, etc.) If the customer has had phone work, new phone lines, DSL, Comcast, construction, etc. there will be a charge.
All parts and labor are guaranteed for 90 days. If we are called back for the exact same problem within 90 days from the time repaired, there will be no charge.
After Hours and Weekend Calls
Preventative service contract holders are not charged for service at any time. Service for
1 year: $195.00
All others will be charged $139.95 for the service and additional for parts if they do not have a service contract.
